01 General Terms

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Big Win Buzz website (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site"). Registering or using Big Win Buzz's services constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. Accessing Big Win Buzz from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law is not permitted. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that using gaming services is legal under the laws of their country.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Big Win Buzz, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of a region approved by Big Win Buzz.
• You must be prepared to submit valid identification documents for KYC verification.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify Big Win Buzz support immediately.

03 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Big Win Buzz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Before claiming any offer, make sure to read the individual terms carefully. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting a wagering requirement, typically 30–40 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being credited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. They cannot be used on games outside those listed in the bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When betting from a bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet is generally ৳500.
• Multiple Active Bonuses: Generally, two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply at all times to deposits and withdrawals at Big Win Buzz:

• Minimum deposit ৳100. Minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Big Win Buzz typically processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Big Win Buzz does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

If a deposit fails or doesn't reflect in your balance, contact support with your transaction ID. Big Win Buzz resolves issues of this nature within 2 business days.

05 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets at Big Win Buzz. Additional rules may apply to specific products such as the Sportsbook or Live Dealer games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Big Win Buzz reserves the right to refund the relevant bet.
• Bets are not accepted on sportsbook events after the result has been announced.
• Unusually large single bets may be held for security verification.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Big Win Buzz. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Depositing funds through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Using bots or automated software to play.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system.
• Engaging in abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards Big Win Buzz staff.
• Sharing your account with another person.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Big Win Buzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• If suspicious activity related to money laundering is detected.
• If the user requests account closure.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a policy violation, the balance may be forfeited.

08 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, contact the Big Win Buzz support team first. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

• If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, it will be escalated to a higher department.
• If you are not satisfied with the platform's resolution, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant international gaming authority.
• In disputes involving technical game errors, the records of Big Win Buzz's technical team shall be considered final.

09 Limitation of Liability

Big Win Buzz is not liable for the following:

• Game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a game does not function properly due to an issue with the user's device.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

10 Changes to Terms

Big Win Buzz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Notice will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure and your remaining balance will be refunded.
• In urgent situations (legal directives, security threats), changes may take effect immediately.
